Payment terms:
* For sample order and trial order, it should be 100% payment.
* For large order, it will be 30% deposit and 70% balance before shipment.
* You can make the payment by T/T, Western union, Credit card(when large amount), or pay by Paypal, Ali escrow and more(when small amount).
Delivery time:
Usually, it will be 3-7 working days for us to produce the products, it depends on the model and the quantity you need.
For wholesale products. We can send the products within 2-3 days.
After-sale service:
1. One year warranty is provided on all products with the exception of lamps (light bulbs).
2. Two year warranty is provided for our new design fiber optic LED light source.
3. We will let you know the order producing progress by mail before sending.
4. After sending, will send you the tracking number by mail on the next day upon shippment.
5. If you get any faulty products, please offer us proof pictures and we will send you the replacement.
